Ingredients
- 1 small banana
- 1 orange
- 1/2 cup low fat or fat free yogurt
- 1 tbs coconut oil
- 1/4 tbs fresh ginger or ginger powder
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 2 tbs flax
- 2 tbs whey protein optional

- Mix all ingredients together well. If using all fresh fruit, add a cup of ice
